"Antiphone Blues" is a title that really needs no introduction. Recorded in 1975 by the Proprius label in a Stockholm church and released with the catalog number PROP 7744, the album has been reissued to numerous versions and is probably on the shelf of every audiophile.

Fabio Camorani of AudioNautes in Italy also loves the warm, incredibly realistic sound of the recording. But when his copy of the original LP was played so many times that the wear and tear became too great, he never found adequate replacements among the remasterings that appeared. With appropriate skepticism and uncertainty about the expected result, he finally decided to venture a reissue on his own label. Not for financial reasons, but as a gift to himself. The LP version from 2017 was highly praised by critics as well as music lovers.

Already at the time of its release, Camorani was thinking about launching a UHQCD of the title as well. In 2022 he realized this project. Pietro Benini, Fabio Camorani and Fabio Fornari did the remastering, and Memory Tech in Japan did the manufacturing.
